Changi Village (Chinese: 樟宜村, Malay: Kampung Changi) is a modern village at the eastern end of Singapore. The Government of Singapore has pledged in 2005 that they would try to revive the "ghost town". It is situated in the northern tip of Changi. In the 1970s, land around Changi was being redeveloped for the construction of the Changi Airport. The HDB started building low-rise flats at Changi Village after the land clearance.
